Our motorcycle fuel hoses, manufactured to meet rigorous quality and safety standards, are supplied to Ducati production facilities in Italy and Thailand, supporting the global supply chain of one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands.

Maflow Redex hoses, manufactured using high-performance polymers, advanced engineering solutions, and modern production processes, further strengthen Maflow Group’s position as a trusted partner and global supplier to OEM manufacturers.

This achievement is above all the result of the dedication and expertise of our teams. As part of our cooperation with the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone and the Prof. Sylwester Kaliski School of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Toruń, we have donated educational equipment to support students during their practical classes.

The donated equipment includes demonstration boards, a thermal imaging camera, universal measuring instruments and controllers.

We hope that these modern tools will help students develop practical skills and gain experience relevant to today’s advanced industrial environment.

Initiatives like this strengthen cooperation between business and vocational education, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience, and help better align education with the needs of the labour market.

From 23–25 June 2026, Dalian hosted the Summer Davos – the 17th Annual Meeting of “the New Champions”, organized by the World Economic Forum. Held under the theme “Innovating at Scale,” the event brought together global leaders from business, academia, and government to discuss innovation and the future of industry. The forum was also attended by Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.

We are pleased to share that Maflow was invited by the Dalian Municipal Government as a special guest. Our company was represented by Paweł Gwozdecki, Maflow Dalian Plant Manager.

During the event, Maflow participated in discussions focused on the automotive industry and advanced industrial solutions. The forum also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and insights with representatives of international companies and leading automotive experts, while fostering new business relationships.

Our participation in the Summer Davos reaffirmed Maflow’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments and strengthening its international business network. On May 21, 2026, Maflow took part in another edition of the Tychy Job and Entrepreneurship Fair – one of the most important events of its kind in the region. It’s a unique meeting place for employers, institutions, and residents looking for new professional challenges.

The goal of the event was to create an inspiring space where participants could not only find job offers but also gain knowledge, motivation, and valuable contacts useful in planning their careers.

This year’s edition brought together representatives of local companies and institutions, as well as young people facing important decisions about their future career paths. Among dozens of exhibitors presenting their businesses, development opportunities, and the specifics of various industries was also Maflow, proudly showcasing its operations while emphasizing the importance of cooperation, knowledge exchange, and building relationships with the local community and future professionals.

Maflow and BAP Group has been using the Cascade Platform for a year to implement the Speed Up Strategy based on the Hoshin Kanri methodology, and to systematically monitor the progress of business objectives over time. The platform supports effective cascading of goals throughout the organization, ensures transparency of priorities, and enables real-time monitoring of key strategic initiatives.

Cascade helps us in strategy planning, linking strategy to actions, tracking results and KPIs, as well as reporting and analyzing achievements across the organization.

The CEO of Maflow and BAP Group, Mr. Adam Holewa, together with his team, met with representatives of Cascade, represented by CEO Charlie Newark-French and Partnership Director Martin Robles, to review the first year of collaboration and define directions for its further development.

During the meeting, they discussed further alignment of the product development roadmap with current business needs and presented new functionalities – including AI-powered solutions that support data analysis, action prioritization, and reporting.

This partnership strengthens our organization, increases alignment of activities, and provides teams with access to modern tools that support daily work. Strategy at our company is a truly managed process – measurable, transparent, and consistently executed.

The first quarter of the new year is a good time to review and draw conclusions from the actions and results of the previous year.

For this reason, a meeting was held in Toruń to summarize our Company’s performance over the past year. It was also an opportunity to discuss together the challenges our Company will face in 2026.

A joint discussion about results and strategic directions helps build a coherent approach to achieving goals and setting priorities for the future.

One of the key topics addressed during the meeting was aligning our strategy with our “North Star,” which indicates the direction for new projects within Maflow and BAP Group. In practice, this means that when making decisions about new initiatives, we aim to focus on solutions that strengthen the Group’s profitability, leverage our existing technological competencies, and have the potential for stable and scalable production across our international network of manufacturing plants.

During the meeting, the efforts of our plants within the framework of the TOP 5 Savings Program – the 5 Key Cost-Saving Initiatives – were also recognized. Healthy competition between locations delivered measurable results in the areas of:

• material reduction
• production efficiency
• quality costs
• utilities and energy consumption
• inventory reduction

The program’s results highlight the importance of the daily work of our teams and collaboration between plants – both operationally and managerially.

Meetings like this are also an opportunity to strengthen communication, share experiences, and recognize Employee engagement. They provide a clear picture of the directions worth pursuing together and foster a sense of responsibility and collaboration across the organization.

Consistently delivering on the Maflow & BAP Group “Speed Up” Strategy, we actively engage in initiatives that move us closer to our business goals. Recent activities of Maflow China clearly show how we create new opportunities and strengthen our role as a technological bridge between Europe and China.

Maflow China took part in the China–Poland Automotive Cooperation Forum organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing, bringing together government representatives, economic zones, and companies from both countries to discuss trends shaping the industry.

During the Forum, Mr. Paweł Gwozdecki, Maflow China Plant Manager, presented Maflow & BAP Group’s fluid transfer solutions and outlined Maflow’s development directions in the Chinese market, emphasizing its strategic importance for electromobility.

Our portfolio reached more than 3,500 Chinese automotive parts manufacturers, significantly increasing our brand visibility. We also visited BAIC and the Xiaomi factory, initiating discussions on future cooperation in component supply.

Additionally, the visit of the Polish Ambassador, Mr. Jakub Kumoch, to the Maflow Plant in Dalian provided an opportunity to review production processes, quality, and further development plans. We also visited the Nidec factory, establishing first contacts with purchasing and sales teams and expanding our network of potential business partners.

The Budget Workshops were held on 27–28 November, bringing together the Management Team of Maflow and BAP Group. The aim of the meeting was to jointly develop a detailed action plan for 2026 and, most importantly, to define the business objectives.

Drawing on the experience gained in 2025 in the context of implementing the key assumptions of the “Speed up” Strategy, the workshops established strategic goals for the entire Group and translated them into objectives for individual production plants, taking into account the diversity of our operations (manufacturing air-conditioning lines, plastic components, and rubber products). The SMART goals and dedicated KPIs established during the workshops will enable our Teams to track progress more effectively and deliver the expected results.

Such meetings are above all an opportunity to work together on the most important topics, view issues from multiple perspectives, and organise priorities for the coming year. For employees, this means clearer communication, more transparent goals, and a better understanding of which actions will be crucial for Maflow and BAP Group in 2026.

Maflow and BAP Group once again had the honor of participating in the MotoSolutions Forum – one of the most important industry events that brings together leaders and experts from the automotive sector and serves as a key platform for exchanging experiences and best practices.

During the forum, Mr. Adam Holewa, Member of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., Director of the Automotive Segment / CEO of Maflow and BAP Group held a presentation on the decentralization of production in times of global changes and increasing tariff volatility. In his speech, he presented, among other things, an analysis of tariff changes in 2024–2025 and discussed the strategic initiatives undertaken by Maflow and BAP Group aimed at enhancing operational resilience through production decentralization.

Mr. Adam Holewa was also a panelist in the discussion “The Economics of Tariffs: How Trump Is Changing the Rules of the Game / The Role of Central European Suppliers”, where he shared practical insights and forecasts regarding the future of international trade.

Maflow’s participation in events of this kind reaffirms our expert position in the industry and our role as a strategic partner. It is proof that, regardless of the challenges, we consistently work on developing and strengthening our position in the market.

Maflow India has launched a new Technical Center – an investment that will strengthen the company’s presence in the local market and open up new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and participation in globally significant projects for all teams within Maflow and BAP Group worldwide, including in Poland.
The official opening of the new facility was conducted by Mr. Adam Holewa, Member of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. and Director of the Automotive Segment / CEO of Maflow and BAP Group, who emphasized how crucial this investment is for the strategic development of the entire Organization.
The aim of the new Technical Center is to introduce innovation on a global scale while increasing flexibility and responsiveness to customer requirements. This initiative demonstrates how Maflow and BAP Group consistently strives to strengthen its global position, enhancing innovation and collaboration among teams around the world.

At Maflow, global business relationships translate into real benefits for the entire organization and all its employees.

Recently, representatives of Maflow China — Paweł Gwozdecki, Plant Director, and Michael Yang, Sales Manager — visited the Dalian Free Trade Zone Administration and met with Mr. Zhang, Director of the Investment Promotion Office.

The meeting focused on the development directions of our plant in Dalian, including preliminary discussions on potential cooperation with a new Customer. This is an important step in Maflow China’s diversification strategy, opening new business opportunities and building preferential operating conditions in the region.

Responding to the growing expectations of customers and global market standards in the ESG area – we actively use publicly available development initiatives that support companies in the region.

In the automotive industry, sustainability requirements – including the EU Taxonomy – have a real impact on supplier assessments and purchasing decisions of OEM manufacturers. Expanding knowledge in this area is for Group Maflow a concrete adaptation to current requirements of customers and of the European Union.

The free workshop “Green change in practice – practical workshops for companies”, organised by the Katowice Special Economic Zone, was a space for our team to gain practical knowledge in the field of ESG and sustainable development.

During the meeting, among others, the following topics were discussed:

• practical methods for implementing pro-environmental actions,
• possibilities for financing ecological initiatives,
• ways to reduce costs by using an ESG-based approach.

This is another step of Group Maflow towards strengthening readiness for growing expectations of the market and automotive customers.

We willingly use publicly available development formats to systematically raise the quality and maturity of our organisation in the field of sustainable development.

Maflow participated in the SAP NOW AI Tour Poland 2025 conference held in Kraków. The event was part of a European series dedicated to exploring business applications of artificial intelligence.

SAP NOW AI Tour focuses on the practical aspects of leveraging AI in business – from process automation and data analytics to customer experience personalization. The conference program featured presentations of SAP’s latest AI-driven solutions, hands-on workshops, networking sessions, and opportunities for direct consultations with experts.

The event is part of SAP’s global strategy aimed at supporting companies in effectively adopting artificial intelligence technologies.

Participating in initiatives like this allows us to think ahead- drawing inspiration from technology leaders and translating these insights into tangible improvements within our organization. This strengthens Maflow’s position as a modern and innovative corporate business partner.

One of the panelists was Piotr Nowak, IT Director of Maflow and BAP Group, who shared his knowledge and experience in implementing cutting-edge IT and AI solutions in business. During his talk, he also emphasized the crucial role of cybersecurity in the context of technological advancement and digital transformation.

Recently, Maflow Team in Brazil celebrated the company’s 27th anniversary.

The event was attended by the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Curitiba, Mr. Wojciech Baczyński, highlighting the close relations between Poland and Brazil.

Part of the anniversary was dedicated to Polish tradition – the Junak folk group introduced everyone to the atmosphere of our culture. Traditional Polish flavors and dishes were also promoted.

The gathering was an opportunity for conversations, team bonding, and showcasing Polish culture in Brazil, while the anniversary highlighted the importance of collaboration, dedication, and passion, which drive the daily development of Maflow Brazil as well as the entire Maflow and BAP Group.

Recently, Maflow Mexico plant in Silao had the honor of hosting the representatives of Polish diplomacy and business:
Agnieszka Frydrychowicz-Tekieli – Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Mexico,
Patrycja Staszewska – Head of the Foreign Trade Office in Mexico.

Maflow Mexico team had the opportunity to give the delegation a tour of the facility, present the scope of our operations and development plans, and share key insights and best practices related to operating in the Mexican market.

The visit was a natural continuation of Maflow’s participation in Foro de Proveeduría Automotriz CLAUGTO – a key event for the automotive sector in León, Guanajuato region. Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Mexico and its Foreign Trade Office supported the presence of Polish suppliers of components, technologies, and tools for the automotive industry.

Participation in the forum gave Maflow Mexico the opportunity to:
explore new industry trends,
establish relationships with local partners,
build strategic partnerships that strengthen the company’s position in Mexico.

Summer Automotive Day

An exceptional event is behind us – Summer Automotive Day, a meeting of the key management of Maflow and BAP Group. It was an opportunity to review the actions completed so far under the Speed Up 2025–2027 Strategy program and to set further directions for development.

The event featured an in-depth review of strategic goals implementation across the Group’s plants, discussions on actions and additional initiatives introduced in all regions, and a summary of the Group’s performance in the first half of 2025. We also showcased the main cost-reduction programs (TOP 5 Program) with their achieved savings and defined the key challenges for the second half of the year.

Just half a year after launching our strategy, we are already seeing significant results. Our focus has been on strategic markets – India, Brazil, and China – while continuing to drive improvements in Mexico and Europe and initiating local projects to boost market activity.

The discussion focused on six key areas that shape our strategy and collectively define the future of the organization:

• Customer and Market – their needs set our direction,
• Innovation Development – a constant pursuit of new solutions,
• Operational Excellence – efficiency and effectiveness of processes,
• A Strong and Engaged Team – our key strength,
• Stable finances – the basis for long-term development,
• ESG – responsibility towards the environment and society.

Progress in these areas, as well as the coordination of results and actions across Maflow and BAP Group, is possible by the goal cascading tool introduced last year.

Summer Automotive Day also provided an opportunity to introduce new members of our organization, who will bring fresh perspectives and additional expertise, further strengthening our ability to achieve ambitious goals.

The meeting was more than a reflection on our achievements – it served as an inspiring stimulus for future action. It proves that with collaboration, dedication, and a shared vision, we can accelerate growth and enhance effectiveness. The company’s improving results are a direct outcome of our strategy in action, with employee engagement playing a key role in this success.

While many challenges await, significant opportunities also lie ahead. We are confident that, through the engagement of our entire team, we can deliver on our strategy faster and more effectively.

Another stage of the Talent HUB Program has been completed- the icing on the cake meaning the big final of the competition organized by Boryszew S.A. Maflow branch in Tychy for Students of the Silesian University of Technology: Case Study on “alternative (industrial) ways of air conditioning tubes leakage testing in accordance with regulatory requirements”, in which the prize for the winner and the second awarded person was a visit to Maflow Plant located in Spain. During their visit to Maflow Spain, students had the opportunity to learn about various production processes and all stages of air conditioning tubes production. They also observed work on the Borygo coolant and automatic assembly lines as well as discovered the possibilities of 3D printing. They also completed a series of dedicated training courses and in their free time they enjoyed the beauty of Cantabria region and Bilbao city. We would like to thank our Maflow Spain Team for the wonderful reception of our guests, cordial atmosphere and the commitment to the organization of the event.

The competition’s finale was the culmination of Maflow’s ongoing efforts to support the development of the Talent Hub initiative in 2023-2024 academic year. Maflow participated in this program within the framework of our company’s cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology, Katowice Special Economic Zone and business partners of the Silesia Automotive and Advanced Manufacturing Cluster. Talent HUB project was created in response to the growing need to involve industrial partners in the higher education process, which is to benefit both the business side, educational partners and science. The initiative is dedicated to Students of the Silesian University of Technology.

On March 21, 2024 Maflow participated for the very first time in Your Future Job and Career Fair 2024, which was held at Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology. It is the biggest Spring event of this kind in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship and it is addressed mainly to students of universities in Bydgoszcz, secondary school pupils, professionally inactive people and individuals who want to change their career path or place of employment. Representatives of over 60 enterprises, labor market institutions, uniformed services and career advisors were present on site and had the opportunity to present their job offers and internships as well as their company’s business profile.

On March 21, 2024 Maflow participated in another edition of Job and Entrepreneurship Fairs organized at the Tychy City’s Stadium by the City Hall, Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tychy Subzone of Katowice Special Economic Zone and City’s Labour Office. The event gathered around 400 participants and 46 local exhibitors presented over 800 vacancies.

Maflow representatives had the opportunity to present company’s business profile as well as to speak with people seeking for new career opportunities. Currently, Maflow is looking for employees on the following positions: Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator, Research and Development Engineer, Logistics Specialist – Customer Service, Senior Purchasing Specialist, IT Specialist, HSE Specialist, Financial Controller.

Maflow organized another event within the Silesian Talent Hub initiative. Maflow plant in Tychy was visited by students of the Silesian University of Technology who participate in the project. The meeting started with technical training introducing our competition case study, which was conducted by Process Department Manager- Krzysztof Rajski and Process Engineer- Dawid Sojka with Q&A part. After the theoretical section, Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the production process. Until the end of February Students have to complete the task and solve our case study, and in April the results will be announced.

The event was organized within the framework of the Silesian Talent Hub initiative implemented by the Silesian University of Technology Business School and the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster coordinated by the Katowice Special Economic Zone.

On November 16, 2023, Boryszew S.A. Maflow Branch in Tychy organized a meeting: “International lunch with Maflow” as part of Talent Hub Program, which was established within the frame of dual education in cooperation between the Silesian University of Technology, Katowice Special Economic Zone and enterprises interested in supporting the Project.

Maflow invited students of the Silesian University of Technology interested in learning about our company and its international character for lunch. The meeting was extremely dynamic and intriguing. Students had the opportunity to talk to Plant Managers of Maflow Group foreign companies, who shared their experiences and talked about cultural differences. During these conversations, they learned, among others, about Chinese people negotiation skills, current economic trends in India, living and education conditions in Mexico, Brazilians passions or important social initiatives undertaken by Maflow plants in Spain or Italy.

Director of Technology, Research and Development, Adam Szafron, presented the complexity of air conditioning tubes production process as well as proposed the competition case study on which students will work until the end of February 2024.

During the meeting, local snacks were served referring to the cuisine of the countries, in which Maflow Group is located i.e. China, India, Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Italy,. Students also received local gifts sent from each plant.

After the meeting, students were asked their opinion and shared very positive feedback. Our cooperation with them will be continued within the next few months as part of the Silesian Talent Hub Initiative implemented by the Business School of the Silesian University of Technology and Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster coordinated by Katowice Special Economic Zone.

On April 28, 2023, Maflow participated in the end of the school year celebration of its vocational training class at Zespol Szkol nr 6 in Tychy that has been under our patronage since 2019 as part of the “Good choice – time for technical professions” program. Our students have been training in the profession of a motor vehicle technician and finished their fourth and last year of education at the facility.

Our cooperation with the school and Katowice Special Economic Zone was a response to the recruitment needs and aimed to prepare students for their profession in a practical way.

During the last school year, we hosted students for study visits in Tychy Plant and in Prototypes facility located in Chelmek- we believe that education based on practice will allow young people to fully prepare for entering the labour market.

We wish students best of luck on their further educational or professional path – perhaps in cooperation with Maflow as their first employer.

On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, Maflow participated in the VII Dual Education Conference – EDUAL, which took place at the Education and Congress Center of the Silesian University of Technology. During the event, a Letter of Intent was signed expressing the will to cooperate in the establishment and development of the Talent HUB Initiative between the Silesian University of Technology and companies interested in supporting the Project, with Maflow as one of them.

The Letter of Intent on behalf of Boryszew S.A. Maflow Branch in Tychy was signed by Małgorzata Jędrzejek, HR and Administration Director.

The project was created in response to the growing need to involve industrial partners in the higher education process, which is intended to benefit both the business side, educational partners and science. The initiative is dedicated especially to young learners, future graduates and employees.

Talent HUB is intended to provide students of Silesian University of Technology with opportunities for development through activities carried out by the parties, including, but not limited to: internships and apprenticeships organized by Partners, workshops to improve skills, presentations and lectures, webinars, conferences, study visits, meetings with experts, events such as hackathon, business or decision-making games, etc., talent fairs, career counseling, coaching and mentoring, competitions and many others.

Katowice Special Economic Zone is responsible for coordinating the Talent HUB Project, including setting the calendar of activities.

On March 31st , 2023 Maflow’s Prototype Department located in Chelmek hosted students of our vocational training class (Zespol Szkol nr 6 in Tychy, class profile: motor vehicle technician) and a representative of Katowice Special Economic Zone. During the study tour, our guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the entire process of creating Maflow’s prototype products. Students had the chance to take a close look at such production processes as: forming, bending, brazing, 3D measurement, assembly or laser welding. Our guests were also invited to our Research and Development Department as well as the Laboratory, where the work of individual devices and control tests were presented and discussed. The presentation of 3D printers, which print the elements used to build shape control gauges, attracted a lot of interest during the visit.

Maflow has been a patron of the class since 2019 as part of the “Good choice – time for technical professions” program. Our cooperation with the school and Katowice Special Economic Zone in this respect is a response to the recruitment needs and aims to prepare students to enter the labour market. It was the last study visit of the Patronage Class in Maflow – students take their final exams in May and finish their education at the Technical School. We wish everyone good luck both in their final exams and on their further educational or professional path – perhaps in cooperation with Maflow as their first employer.

Employees of Maflow and Boryszew Automotive Plastics Group, employed both in plants located in Poland and abroad, from the very beginning of Russia’s attack on Ukraine were strongly involved in providing humanitarian aid. Ukrainian citizens fleeing the country were supported by our Employees in a number of different ways, through for example: assistance provided to women, children and the elderly on the Polish-Ukrainian border in the key period, that is right after the outbreak of war (February-March 2022), and then providing comprehensive care and support for the whole period of forced emigration in our country and in countries where our plants are located.

Thanks to the activities of our Employees located in Poland, together with Employees of our plant in Spain, in cooperation with the Government of Cantabria and local humanitarian organizations, we provided long-term assistance to many Ukrainian families in the process of resettlement to Spain, taking up work and starting a new life in this country, which continues to this day.

Our Employees got also involved in a number of aid collections and donations, such as:
– collection of food, basics, medical supplies and other needs and transfer of the donations in several transports directly to Lviv.
– fundraising through zrzutka.pl portal, where Employees of Maflow and Boryszew Automotive Plastics Group collected significant funds. Part of this amount was allocated to the purchase of necessary items for the families we helped directly. The remaining amount was transferred to the account of Torun City Hall in February 2023 to support the Ukrainian partner city of Lutsk, as requested by the Mayor of this city.

The total donation sum will be spent on the purchase of items indicated by the authorities of the Ukrainian Lutsk as the most needed, such as: food with a long shelf life, instant ready-cooked meals, energy bars, raincoats, thermal clothing, etc. All this will be placed in the next transport that Torun City Hall will direct to Ukraine in the coming days. Lutsk actively supports the towns mostly affected by warfare in the east of the country and acts as an intermediary in transferring donations to the most needy cities.

On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, a meeting was held at Torun City Hall, during which the President of Torun City, Michał Zaleski, received from Iga Pietrzyk (Senior HR Business Partner), representing the Employees of Maflow and Boryszew Automotive Plastics Group, a symbolic check of the provided donation.

Employees of Maflow and BAP Group as donors received a congratulatory and thank you letter from the President that praises their generosity.

We would like to thank all Maflow and BAP Group Employees for their big hearts. We are proud of your commitment, support and continuous help that have been provided to our neighbours from the first days of the Russian invasion to the present day.

On March 6, 2023 Maflow participated in the 2nd Spring Job Fair organized by TEB Edukacja Tychy, Mlodziezowe Centrum Kariery w Tychach oraz Inicjatywa Tyska. Participation in this initiative created an opportunity for us to establish contact with potential job candidates and promote the company on the local market. We would like to thank the organizers for yet another invitation to this event.

On February 3rd 2023 Maflow plant in Tychy hosted students of its vocational training class (Zespol Szkol nr 6 in Tychy, class profile: motor vehicle technician) and representatives of Katowice Special Economic Zone. During the study tour, our guests had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the construction and operation of the air-conditioning tube produced in Maflow, as well as the entire car air-conditioning system. The specificity of work in the plant, duties of employees, the management system and many other important aspects were also presented. The highlight of the program included the visit and tour around the production hall and warehouse, preceded by the appropriate OHS training. The guests were shown around and familiarized with all steps of the production process.

Maflow has been a patron of the class since 2019 as part of the “Good choice – time for technical professions” program. Our cooperation with the school and Katowice Special Economic Zone in this respect is a response to the recruitment needs and aims to prepare students to enter the labour market.

Recently, Maflow plant in Toruń participated in two events that took place in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. The first was a Job Fair organized on November 16, 2022 by the District Labor Office for the City of Toruń with the support of the Business Support Center in Toruń as part of the 13th Toruń Career Days under the patronage of the Mayor of Toruń. The premise of the Fair was to support the professional activity of young people, the unemployed and those who would like to change their current career path. The second event was the Zone Days at the Technical University of Bydgoszcz, organized on November 22 for students of this University with the aim of familiarizing them with companies operating within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, providing assistance in finding their place of internship, apprenticeship or job.

At both events, Maflow representatives had the opportunity to present the company’s business profile and talk not only to job seekers, but also to students of vocational schools, technical schools and high schools from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, as well as to students and university graduates. The event created an opportunity for Maflow to attract future employees and encourage young people who are about to start their careers to consider our offer. Currently, we are looking for employees to work at Maflow Toruń Plant in positions such as: Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator, Automation Worker, Electro-Mechanic, Quality Inspector, Process Technician and Quality Engineer.

Maflow plant in Torun is the winner of the “Made in Torun” quality mark!

On October 28, 2022, in „Dom Pizzy i Tapas” at 1 Szumana Street in Toruń, a ceremony was held, during which the Mayor of Toruń, Mr. Michał Zaleski, handed over the Made in Toruń Statuettes to representatives of 22 awarded companies, among which Maflow Plant in Toruń was also honored. The certificate was received by Maflow Torun Plant Manager, Mr. Paweł Bak.

“Made in Torun” is a local project run by Business Support Center in Torun, which aims to strengthen the positive image of businesses. The Mark is the best business recommendation and a guarantee of quality for contractors and for companies that display it on their product packaging, marketing materials or websites. The right to use the Logo is given to companies that disseminate good practices in their industry, operate in accordance with the principles of corporate social responsibility and have the highest quality products or services in their offer. The Mark cannot be purchased, and the right to use it, can only be obtained through the decision of the Business Support Center Chapter.

On October 11th, 2022 Maflow participated in the second edition of Job and Entrepreneurship Fairs organized at the Tychy City’s Stadium by the City Hall, Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tychy Subzone of Katowice Special Economic Zone and City’s Labour Office. The event gathered around 800 participants and 45 local employers that presented over 840 vacancies. The offers were also directed to Ukrainian citizens living in Tychy, Bierun and Ledziny.

Maflow representatives had the opportunity to present company’s business profile as well as to speak not only with unemployed individuals, but also with students of vocational and trade schools, technical schools and high schools from the Silesian Voivodship as well as with graduates from higher technical and economical schools. This event created an opportunity for Maflow to gain new employees and to encourage young people, who will soon start their professional careers, to consider our offer. Currently, Maflow is looking for employees on the following positions: Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator, Automation Technician, Electro Mechanic, Automation Engineer, Junior Process Engineer, Product Engineer.

On June 24, 2022, Maflow participated in the end of the school year celebration of its vocational training class at Zespol Szkol nr 6 in Tychy that has been under our patronage since 2019 as part of the “Good choice – time for technical professions” program. Our students are training in the profession of a motor vehicle technician and have just finished their third year of education at the facility.
Our cooperation with the school and Katowice Special Economic Zone in this respect is a response to the recruitment needs and aims to prepare students for the profession in a practical way.
In the next, last year of their study, we plan to invite students for internships and a series of another study visits- we believe that education based on practice will allow young people to fully prepare for entering the labour market.

Manpower- a world leader in HR solutions in the field of temporary work and permanent recruitment, organized a meeting on June 9th, 2022 in Lodz, Poland during which „Friendly Workplace 2021” awards were granted to its cooperation Partners. We are pleased to announce that Boryszew S.A. Maflow branch in Tychy has been among the laureates of this award. Manpower awarded the statuettes to 51 companies among its 1800 business partners, which were evaluated in terms of creating and caring for a friendly atmosphere in the workplace. The „Friendly Workplace” Initiative is a nationwide competition organized by Manpower, which awards employers that have obtained a number of points determined by Manpower Jury in categories related to various aspects of organizational culture and employment. Maflow has been cooperating with Manpower for many years.
